GICD Human Stem Cell Core Zeiss Observer Incubation System

Zeiss Observer Z1 with epifluorescence, phase, and bright field capabilities.  It has a Hamamatsu Orca-Flash 4.0 camera for optimal fluorescence imaging, as well as a Zeiss AxioCam MRm monochrome camera.  
Fully motorized X, Y and Z allowing mosaics, mark and subsequent find of structures at a later date, plus Z-stacks and deconvolution.
System is running Zen 2012 on a 2013 fully loaded PC workstation.

Sample Preparation:
This is an inverted microscope with incubation chamber capable of imaging standard sized slides and optically suitable plates.  Standard plates can be imaged on the 20x and 40x objectives which have correction collars.
